So I'm always one to support creative endeavors, two friends of mine have started djing a monthly party at a friend's bar. In order to not loose my creative muscle I have started to create their flyers for them. It's been a fun project. It's also taught me some design issues i need to over come one being to move away from designing on my little screened lap top. Ha, the plus is it's been good to spread my style to other venues.

So as you may read, I haven't posted any new items on this blog sine NOVEMBER! f it wasn't the holidays it was the spring semester of school that did a number on me. At the urging of my friend Linda she has ordered me to start blogging some of my projects here. So I 'm trying to be good and do just that, so be patient my dear friends and the curious that have stumbled upon this page while i try to figure it out.

If you are in the NY area I strongly recommend attending the opening on Dec 8, 07 at Giant Robot on E. 9th street in NYC. The Artist will be signing copies of his new book "Shortcomings and Goings" ( I love the title, it suits my current mood.) Such an inspirational illustrator and story teller.

Here's another book I really want to get, part biography, and design showcase from the man that created the iconic Bond film's opening title sequences.Robert Brownjohn, he studied with Moholy-Nagy at the new Bauhaus in chicago and lived in swinging London in the sixties where he lived like a Fucking Rock Star!
